Welcome to Britt’s Picks Plus. By purchasing from or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. General

  • Britt’s Picks is a family-owned business that sells new and overstock items at discounted prices.

  • By accessing or purchasing from our site or store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Availability

  • All products are sold as described. While we do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images, we do not guarantee that colors, sizes, or packaging will be exactly as displayed.

  • Availability may change at any time, and we reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is no longer available.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • We accept approved payment methods shown at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing or run promotions at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping

  • Orders $75 or more ship free within the continental U.S.

  • Orders under $75 ship for a flat $15 fee.

  • Oversized or heavy items may incur additional charges, which will be shown before checkout.

  • We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected, back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Britt’s Picks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • All items are sold with the understanding that the customer assumes full responsibility for their use.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes must first be directed to Britt’s Picks customer service via email to Brittsauctionpicks@gmail.com.

  • If not resolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Britt’s Picks reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
